Sam Agolino- President/Partner

Sam was thrown into the restaurant industry like a father throw’s his
child into a swimming pool. His wide spectrum of experience started at a
very young age working at his family’s restaurant Agolino’s in West
Pittston, Pa. Sam has always worked and thrived in the hospitality
industry. He opened PAZZO (route 315, Pittston, Pa.), his flagship
restaurant, more than a decade ago and continues to oversee daily
operations. He says opening Bar Pazzo is a long awaited “dream come

John Tabone- Executive Chef/Partner

With over twenty five years of experience, Chef John Tabone credits his
culinary passion for food from his Italian upbringing, where at a young
age, family values and food appreciation were instilled in him. Prior to
opening Bar Pazzo, John, a Pittston native, held the Executive Chef
position at Glenmaura National. He also shares his approachable, rustic
cooking style with clients for his private, educational program known as
Instinctive Cooking. When not cooking and creating, John enjoys time
with his three amazing children, Simon, Gloria and James.

Corinne (Agolino) Salko- Controller/Partner

Corinne (Agolino) Salko, grew up in Plains, Pa. with her parents, Joe
and Carmelina and three siblings, Sammy, Joey and Lisa. She currently
resides in Shavertown, Pa. with her husband, Drew and their two children
Emma, Andrew and their chocolate lab, Cooper. Corinne is currently
involved with Agolino’s (West Pittston), PAZZO (Pittston) and Bar
Pazzo (Scranton), where she is responsible for the day-to-day ‘back
end’ operations of all three restaurants.

Dominic Marianacci- General Manager/ Sommelier

Dominic Marianacci was born and raised in Luzerne County and lives there
with his family. Certified as a Sommelier with the Court of Master
Sommeliers in 2014, Dominic’s goal is to introduce exciting wines from
Italy and Sicily. Reuniting with long-time friend John Tabone here at
Bar Pazzo, embarks an interesting opportunity to focus on the myriad of
grape varieties spread across the Italian countryside. Dominic hopes to
bring new flavors and experiences to Bar Pazzo. Please feel free to

Gino Troiani- Executive Sous Chef

Gino Troiani is a Lake Ariel Pa. native and currently lives in
Scranton’s Downtown area. With deep family roots in rustic-style Italian
cooking, he comes to Bar Pazzo with more than a decade of culinary
experience, having worked in the Greater Philadelphia, Scranton and
District of Columbia areas.

Blake Bellman- Baker/A.M. Sous Chef

Blake Belleman is from Clarks Summit, Pa. and currently resides in
Scranton’s Historic Hill Section. Specializing in sourdough breads, he
also works extensively with pastries of all kinds as well as preserving
fruits and vegetables.
